Authorization Limits: We follow the limits established by Visa, MasterCard and issuing banks. Currently, our limit is $175 for credit cards and $100 for debit cards.

Charges and Authorization Holds: Authorization holds, often referred to as pending charges or pre-auths, allow us to verify that there are enough funds available on a payment method before you fuel your vehicle.

Authorization Fall-off: We immediately send a release of the authorized funds once your financial institution approves the authorization to pay the final amount pumped. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 7 days for the authorization hold to fall off your account.
